With years of experience and immense expertise, Dr. Brodows truly enjoys helping patients through holistic healing.

Dr. Cathy Brodows has served as a wellness practitioner and chiropractor adjusting people back to health for over 25 years. She is a native New Yorker, having received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University where she graduated summa cum laude.

Before bringing her unique approach of health and healing to Fairfield County, she practiced in Texas for over 16 years. She joined Southport Chiropractic in 2012 and now brings her knowledge of holistic healing into each room so every patient receives the best care and feels like they are family.

Dr. Brodows and her husband Scott live in Westport. She has 3 kids named Ethan, Maya, and Ariana.

Dr. Brodows loves running, yoga, playing guitar, and playing tennis and pickleball in her free time.
